Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the European Union only.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM CET) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 15:00 or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within the EU:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary during busy periods or due to customs/carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
SUNDRIP is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
