At SUNDRIP, we want you to love your glow. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.
Returns
Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, we can only accept returns for:
- unused products
- unopened products
- products in their original packaging
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- opened or used products
- damaged products caused by misuse
- gift cards
- sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
